Your KCC Team
The Kitzbühel Country Club is a private members club and provides its members exclusively with services, infrastructure and offers that enrich the quality and meaning of their life and personal time. It is located in Reith bei Kitzbühel and is solely at the service of its members. The Club warmly welcomes personal guests of members for joint stays with the inviting member.
The Club has a restaurant, bar, cigar lounge with sunny terrace, salon for special events, spa and wellness facility with a 25- meter pool, steam bath, sauna, infrared booth, fitness center and a medical spa. In cooperation with Dr. Johannes Huber, medical consultations can be arranged for all aspects of a member’s well-being and to retain his or her vitality. There are 38 suites (90 to 160 sq. m./968 to 1,720 sq. ft.) available exclusively to Club members and their guests as comfortable accommodations. Service and furnishings all accord with the highest possible standards.
Members can leave personal sports and recreational gear as well as garments in their own wardrobe storage facility for care and safe-keeping year round. The Club arranges all services such as repairs, cleaning, laundry, etc. A Club fleet of five Mercedes is available exclusively to Club members as a motor pool. A concierge service is provided to Club members round-theclock 365 days a year and complies with a member’s every wish whenever possible. This service also includes assistance to members in the management of their own property in the Kitzbühel area.
The object of the Kitzbühel Country Club is to enable its members to embark on new experiences in Alpine life. These experiences are firmly anchored in the present day and anything but antiquated and clichéd. For the Kitzbühel Country Club, the art of Alpine living means creating spaces that allow personal growth and that engender familiarity. They are departure points for respectful, open encounters, between people and with the great outdoors.
To attain this goal, the Kitzbühel Country Club relies on a design philosophy developed by stuben21. It involves intertwining the urban and the Alpine in a new way.
The Kitzbühel Country Club gives its members the opportunity to expand their private sphere. Unlike a hotel, which is open to tourists, the Kitzbühel Country Club is not a public space. A club is always a personal place, a place for people interested in expanding their sphere of personal privacy.
The Kitzbühel Country Club offers many possibilities for guaranteeing already known tourist and restaurant offerings and for supplementing them by going far beyond them. Service meets the highest standards and emphasizes the relaxed private character of a Club atmosphere – this conveys the character of a stay in this private space.
Whereas many private events in the Kitzbühel area focus mainly on the winter and the summer season, the Kitzbühel Country Club creates occasions every week meant to enrich private encounters as part of Club life.
The program will grow as members voice their desires and requests. It is based on several pillars from the outset:
Stuben Talks
The Kitzbühel Stuben Talks curated by stuben21 began at the Forsthaus in Kitzbühel even before the Club opened and will be continued in the Club in a setting stuben21 created especially for them. “Stube” is the German designation for a cozy parlor or sitting room. The Stube at Kitzbühel Country Club has undergone a renaissance in its function as a meeting and gathering place. Beginning with the friends of stuben21, high-caliber speakers from a variety of fields have talked on current issues in our society as part of this series. We want mutual respect and a sense of responsibility for the world in which we live to shape this exchange of thoughts and ideas and become a keystone of Club life.
Artist-in-residence
A second keystone of the overall Club program is the Club’s own artist-in-residence program, also curated by stuben21. It brings international artists from different disciplines to the Kitzbühel Country Club for a set period. Members are able to experience the creative process of visual artists first-hand, to enjoy live concerts, attend performances featuring international stage artists and much more.
Outdoor activities
A matter of special importance for the Kitzbühel Country Club is the arrangement of events involving appealing outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting and different Alpine sports. These activities convey authentically felt alpine experiences off the beaten path and free of clichés. Toni Sauper, director of the outdoor program, is a nationally certified mountain guide and ski guide. He has become known for the alpine horse-back riding tours he guides, which will naturally be on the program of Club activities.
Travel events
The Club also provides travel agency and tour operator services exclusively for its members. Travel and special events are staged internationally; individual trips can be arranged, too.
Private members clubs
The Kitzbühel Country Club plans a gradual buildup of its ties with select private members clubs worldwide. This will expand its program and open up new places for Club members to go, also on their individual international trips.
